One of the objectives of the purpose of Ka Thiante In is to become a ‘Talent Agency’ as the core aim of FLAT is to facilitate the young people to explore and discover their talents, their purpose of existence and become more self assured. It is an annual event to showcase the raw and hidden talent of young people. It was started in 2017 as ‘Acoustic Night’ and was gradually changes ‘Unplugged Night’. Artistes who participated in this event are youth who started discovering and exploring their talents in music and dance. They were carefully selected by the Organizing Committee, Around 60 young artistes have been given a platform and a lifetime opportunity to kick off their career as artistes.
FLAT is also proud to mention that Unplugged Night is the only kind of musical event that ever occur in Lunglei town. Live audio recording and video coverage for each artistes are made and are uploaded in FLAT’s YouTube channel -Ka Thiante In.
